MY SERVICES

My intention when coaching my clients is to equip them with knowledge and resources, a way of thinking, tools, sustainable lifestyle habits and accountability, together with opportunities they need to fully develop themselves in order to be effective in their long-term commitment to improving their health and well-being holistically.


Well-being Coaching

My primary role is to partner with you in your efforts to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle habits for both physical and emotional improvement in well-being. My personalised coaching centres around educating you and helping you feel your best through individualised food and lifestyle changes that meet your unique health concerns and goals.

Soul Conscious Coaching

To be soul conscious whilst embodied is a subtle spiritual journey. One which transforms your whole perspective on who you are and what life is all about. My coaching helps connect you with your higher, conscious self and empowers you to expand and become more soul aware and consciously connected. In lifting up you then become more equipped to create your chosen or preferred reality.

Supplementation

Vibrant health is founded on well nourished cells. When the trillions of cells that make up your body receive the fuel they require to flourish and thrive, you do too. Giving your body the optimal nutrition it needs is an important act of self-love. My coaching includes sharing personalised information with you about various supplements and how they may help you support your body.
